Introductory Certificate in Project Management (ICPM)

The ICPM* is ideal for anyone new to project management and requires no prior experience or knowledge of the subject. The course offers a basic insight into the challenging and exciting discipline of project management. Developed in conjunction with the Department for Education and Skills, the ICPM covers 27 knowledge areas from the APM Body of Knowledge 5th edition.
Tactical Project Management (TPM)
5 days non residential
The TPM* guides delegates through the phases of a project following the APM's Body of Knowledge and builds on delegates' existing skills. This course is suitable for anyone requiring a working knowledge and appreciation of project management. It is the ideal preparation for the APMP examination; the benchmark qualification for those embarking on a career in project management.
*On completion of the above courses, delegates May register for the respective examination and in the case of single company courses Adept will organise the examination in a venue suitable for all delegates.

The APM Body of Knowledge describes fifty-two knowledge areas required to manage any successful project. The APM promote the use of the APM Body of Knowledge through qualifications, accredited training, research, publications and events.
APM Members are skilled and experienced professionals recognised in the UK and throughout the world via International Project Management Association (IPMA); APM is the UK member of the IPMA.
